For a few months now, people have been asking me about drinking smoothies . . .now is the time to start your blender! It’s getting warmer and a great way to get all those greens packed in! And for all you busy moms running kids to spring activities, this is an easy green smoothie that the whole family will love!
In a blender- pour in 1 cup of water, almond milk, pea milk (it’s sooo good!) or coconut water. Add in 1 packed cup of spinach and blend until smooth. Add in a frozen banana for an extra frosty smoothie, or fresh is also great! Throw in any other fruit you might have and maybe a spoonful of almond butter or peanut butter for an extra protein boost!
