One more exercise for Sacrum realignment and stabilization!
Lay on your back with your feet off the floor, knees over your chest.
With one hand grab your lower leg at the top of your shin bone just under your knee.
Place the other hand at the bottom of your thigh just above your knee.
On your exhale, simultaneously push your knee into the hand below your knee and push the other knee into the hand just above your knee. Legs will be pushing in opposite directions.
Hold for 5 seconds and then relax. Do this a few times.
Still on your back with your legs folded with knees over your chest, make two fists with your hands and place them side by side in between your knees. On your exhale,press your knees together against the fists between your knees. Hold for 5 seconds. Do this a few times. Again, you may feel a shift or hear a pop.
