Staying hydrated this summer is the most important way to stay On Point! I hate sports drinks. They are full of junk. Of course my kids loooove them and they are always the “after sportsball treat”. So at home, it’s WATER WATER WATER!!! What? You don’t like water? Simple fix! Throw some fruit in it! It’s the perfect time to add some limes, strawberries, cucumbers, grapes, you name it! Freeze the fruit and put it in your water bottle! Find the joy in water! Your insides will love you for it!
