Did you run the BolderBoulder yesterday?  We did! Still recovering? Try out this post- run recovery smoothie and stay On Point!  It’s quick and delicious!

1 frozen banana

1/2 cup spinach

1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1.5 cup of Almond or Pea based milk

2 tbsp almond butter

2 tsp honey

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Blend and Enjoy!
