Everyone should do SOMETHING EVERYDAY!!!! Yes! EVERYDAY! This can be working out hard for an hour or more, or simply doing a few exercises and maybe a walk around the neighborhood. We are not meant to be sedentary. Unfortunately sometime life gets in the way. My hope is that more people will do more exercises at home which will make their private/ semi/ group training sessions more efficient! Our bodies need to be reminded EVERYDAY what you want them to do! Remember when you were in school and you had to study and practice everyday. Nothing has changed. Your muscles have a mind of their own. They work the way you train them. If you don’t use them the way they are suppose to be used, they will get lazy and stop working. I know it’s hard to work out on your own, but these 5 minute clips are quick and efficient. Pick one, two or all three to do before your cardio workout, while on vacation, or just as an everyday routine to keep your body happy! These exercises do not require any props and you do not need a lot of room to do them, so DO IT!!
